Once the order is completed at checkout, you will be given our bank details. Please transfer the correct amount to the account details provided with your order number as the reference. UK Bank transfers are mostly instant, but international transfers can take 1-3 working days to clear. Once the payment has cleared in our account, you will receive a confirmation email that the order is now being processed, and your order will be shipped with our next delivery.

Pending – Order received, awaiting confirmation of payment.

Processing – Payment confirmed, order will be processed and dispatched with our next lot of shipments.

Shipped – Order shipped, tracking available 24 hours after shipping. An email will be sent with your tracking details.
